Unison (018000) has secured a 99.29 billion-won share of a 297.38 billion-won engineering, procurement and construction contract for Dongchon Wind Power's 76.2-megawatt Gochang offshore wind project in South Korea. The order, equivalent to 246.57% of Unison's 40.27 billion-won consolidated revenue last year, will see the company supply 12 turbines rated at 6.35 MW each, while POSCO E&C handles offshore and onshore construction. Signed on the 26th and disclosed on the 27th, the contract runs through June 18, 2030. Unison expects the project to expand its offshore wind credentials and plans to pursue additional opportunities, including the Hanbit Offshore Wind project for which it submitted a bid in July.
