ASML Korea plans to hire more than 100 new graduates and experienced professionals in the second half of 2026 as South Korean customers expand advanced semiconductor production. Applications for new-graduate positions will be accepted from September 1 to 8 through ASML Korea’s official recruitment website, with roles based at major production hubs including Mars, Pyeongtaek, Cheongju and Icheon. Openings include Customer Support engineers, Technical Support Engineers and Field Application Engineers. Customer Support roles cover Field Service Engineers, who maintain lithography equipment at customer fabs, and UIR engineers, who handle installation, upgrades and relocation. Experienced recruitment will include triple-digit openings across core engineering roles and will expand beyond semiconductor veterans to candidates from advanced, precision manufacturing and other technology sectors. South Korea accounted for 43% of ASML’s global equipment revenue in the second quarter. ASML Korea opened the Global Training Center Korea at its Mars campus in February with DUV and EUV lithography equipment and cleanrooms, and has been recognized as a Korea’s Best Job Creation Company by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for four consecutive years.
