MEXC has launched IPO Express, which it describes as a first-in-market opportunity allowing eligible users to participate in SHEIN’s IPO ahead of its scheduled listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 1, 2026. Users can subscribe with USDT and receive mirror credits tied to SHEIN’s post-listing performance without directly holding SHEIN shares or opening a traditional securities account. The subscription window runs from August 27, 2026, at 10:00 UTC to August 31, 2026, at 10:00 UTC. The event has a total quota of $1,000,000, split between New User Subscription ($300,000), General Subscription ($500,000) and Elite Subscription ($200,000) for VVIP users with an M-Score of 800 or above. Individual subscription limits range from 100 to 10,000 USDT, with users able to increase their limits by completing additional deposit tasks. The subscription price ranges from HKD 47.60 to HKD 49.50 per share, or approximately $6.07 to $6.32, with the final price determined under the event rules. MEXC will settle mirror credits using SHEIN’s offering closing price on its first trading day as the reference. Participation carries an approximately 1.0085% subscription fee and a 0.5% selling fee at settlement, and the final settlement amount may be lower than the subscription amount. MEXC says IPO Express is intended to broaden retail access to selected IPO opportunities, while warning that the credits do not represent direct ownership of SHEIN shares.
