WisdomTree Multi Asset Issuer Public Limited Company adjourned the 27 August 2026 meeting of holders of its WisdomTree FTSE 100 3x Daily Short Securities after a lack of quorum. The meeting will reconvene at 11:00 a.m. on 21 September 2026 in Dublin to consider reducing the securities’ principal amount from GBx 20 to GBx 2 after their price fell below 500% of the current principal amount on 28 July. The issuer says the change is intended to maintain normal trading and operations. Holders must submit new voting instructions because those given for the original meeting are no longer valid. The issuer had previously certified that GBx 163,185,180 of the securities were outstanding as of 26 August, with none beneficially held by or on behalf of the issuer and uncancelled.
