Kyndryl is expanding its alliance with Broadcom by training thousands of consultants, architects and delivery specialists on VMware Cloud Foundation and providing advisory, architecture, upgrade and operational support for VCF and VMware Tanzu. The companies are targeting enterprises in regulated sectors that need more automated, secure and resilient private or hybrid cloud environments for AI workloads. Kyndryl will incorporate its AI governance framework and cyber recovery capabilities into the offerings, while Broadcom shares rose 3.79% to $369.07 after the announcement. The agreement extends Broadcom’s enterprise software strategy following its acquisition of VMware and aligns with Kyndryl’s broader focus on sovereignty and compliance requirements.
