YFORE Technology began localized mass production of its first U.S.-manufactured digital key at its 62,225-square-foot facility in Suwanee, Georgia, on Aug. 28, 2026, one day after inaugurating the site. The operation combines research and development, manufacturing, procurement, sales and delivery to support North American automotive OEMs. YFORE's Vehicle-Cloud-Device architecture integrates BLE, UWB and NFC, while Bluetooth 6.0 Channel Sounding and UWB ranging provide centimeter-level positioning, support hands-free access and help reduce relay-attack vulnerabilities. The system activates a welcome function at 10 meters, unlocks passively at 2 meters and locks automatically at 6 meters, with stable radio-frequency range up to 30% greater than conventional configurations. YFORE also demonstrated software-enabled reuse of vehicle-side UWB anchors for child-presence and occupant detection, UWB kick sensing and low-power sentry mode. The company works with more than 30 leading automotive OEMs worldwide and operates across North America, Europe and Asia.
