Nvidia's AI chip demand is accelerating as customers increasingly generate returns from AI infrastructure, Jim Cramer said. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has said some $50 billion data-center projects now have capital payback periods of less than a year. AWS plans to purchase an additional 2 million Nvidia GPUs in 2027 and 2028, deploy Vera CPUs and use the technology in robotics, even as Amazon develops its own AI chips. Nvidia CFO Colette Kress expects this quarter's growth to be driven mainly by non-hyperscale customers, including CoreWeave, Nebius and enterprise clients. Cramer said about 50% of Nvidia's customers are not hyperscale cloud providers, indicating that AI computing demand is broadening across the enterprise market.
