Sayari has formed a channel and knowledge partnership with DataExpert to expand access to its economic-security and business-risk platform among government agencies, law-enforcement bodies, defense institutions and financial intelligence units in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. DataExpert contributes implementation, training, investigative expertise and local support, while Sayari provides primary-source intelligence and sovereign AI that can operate in an institution’s own cloud, private enclave or classified cloud. Sayari’s Commercial World Model contains more than 12 billion records from over 250 jurisdictions, with outputs assessed by humans and final decisions remaining under human control. The companies say the platform can support cross-border financial-crime investigations, sanctions and export-control enforcement, beneficial-ownership checks, supply-chain risk assessments and foreign-investment screening.
