Autodesk Inc. (NASDAQ:ADSK) reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $3.30 per share, above the $3.12 analyst estimate, and revenue of $2.046 billion, exceeding the $2.012 billion forecast. Subscription revenue increased 17%, adjusted operating margin expanded by 2 percentage points to 41%, and free cash flow rose 24% to $561 million. However, the company forecast third-quarter adjusted EPS of $3.04 to $3.09, below the $3.14 consensus, while its fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS outlook narrowed to $12.52 to $12.60, implying a midpoint of $12.56 versus the $12.60 estimate. Autodesk raised fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to $8.575 billion to $8.650 billion and said stronger underlying growth expectations and the contribution from MaintainX supported the increase. Shares were trading 4.28% lower at $259.00 at publication.
