Prosafe SE raised its full-year 2026 EBITDA guidance to USD 50-55 million, the high end of its previously communicated range, after reporting EBITDA of USD 9.7 million in the second quarter and USD 24.5 million in the first half. Revenue rose to USD 46.5 million in the quarter and USD 94.6 million in the first half, compared with USD 30.9 million and USD 63.9 million, respectively, in the corresponding periods last year. The company highlighted nearly 100% commercial uptime across its accommodation units, apart from a brief period of special periodic survey maintenance at the start of the quarter. Fleet utilisation was 71%, while backlog including options stood at USD 407 million at the end of the second quarter. Prosafe said it expects earnings growth from an improved dayrate environment and upcoming contract roll-offs, with Brazil and Africa leading a strong global market and recent and ongoing tenders supporting the outlook.
