MINISO Group Holding Limited reported unaudited first-half 2026 revenue of RMB11,498.9 million, or US$1,694.7 million, up 22.4% year over year, but adjusted net profit excluding foreign-exchange effects fell 1.7% to RMB1,221.6 million. Overseas revenue rose 14.9% to approximately RMB4.06 billion, although overseas same-store gross merchandise value declined by a low single-digit percentage, inventory turnover days increased to 273 from 214, and overseas operations contributed roughly 10%–15% of group profit, compared with 35%–40% in 2023. Management now expects full-year adjusted operating margin to decline 3–4 percentage points, versus its earlier 1–2 percentage-point forecast, and adjusted net profit to fall by a high single-digit percentage. Founder, Chairman and CEO Guofu Ye said the company would prioritize improving nearly 800 existing overseas directly-operated stores and expand selectively, while mainland revenue grew 26.2% and the group reached 8,674 stores.
