Pi Network has added OpenClaw and Atlassian MCP Server to SoloHost, its platform for running self-hosted applications through the native Pi Desktop. OpenClaw is a locally run AI agent that can use local models or external services such as ChatGPT and Claude, while Atlassian MCP Server enables compatible AI tools to connect with Jira. The applications were introduced alongside the Node 0.6.2 update and are being highlighted as examples of broader utility for Pi Nodes. Testnet activity now includes smart contract and escrow functions, adding evidence of practical blockchain use. SoloHost, launched on Pi2Day on June 28, allows third-party developers to publish applications for Pioneers and potentially reach Pi Network's more than 420,000 claimed node operators. Pi Network also changed App Studio pricing on August 24 to reflect actual AI service costs rather than subsidized rates.
