Two U.S. fund filings dated Aug. 27 and Aug. 28 list three XRP-linked products inside established investment structures, reinforcing the token’s presence in regulated vehicles without amounting to a new SEC approval. A ProShares Trust Rule 24f-2 notice names the unlevered ProShares XRP ETF and the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF (UXRP), while a Morningstar Funds Trust post-effective amendment covers the live Cyber Hornet S&P 500 and XRP 75/25 Strategy ETF. UXRP, trading since July 2025, seeks twice the daily return of the Bloomberg XRP Index through futures and swaps, charges a 1.67% expense ratio, and recently held roughly $40 million to $55 million in assets. Seven U.S. spot XRP ETFs had drawn about $1.57 billion in cumulative net inflows by Aug. 24, led by Bitwise, Canary Capital and Franklin Templeton, with Goldman Sachs disclosing $86.5 million of exposure across five spot funds in its second-quarter filing. Ripple is scheduled to release 1 billion XRP from escrow on Sept. 1, and the Senate has set a Sept. 15 cloture vote on the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, events investors are watching alongside elevated derivatives leverage.
