SuperX AI Technology Limited (NASDAQ: SUPX) said its subsidiary SuperX Microinference Pte Ltd has signed an equipment and services supply agreement with Australian compute provider Ezisight Australia Pty Ltd, which trades under Ultimate AI Datacentre. The initial purchase order covers 128 B300 AI server clusters, scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026 for deployment in Australian data centers. The systems are intended to expand Ezisight's domestic GPU compute resource pool for large-model training and AI inference (using trained models to generate results). SuperX described the agreement as a substantive breakthrough in Australia and a milestone in its Asia-Pacific expansion. The company said Australia faces growing demand for high-performance, scalable and more sustainable AI infrastructure, and that the project will provide experience in local implementation, supply-chain coordination and service delivery. SuperX and Ezisight will assess potential future capacity expansion procurement and localized technical collaboration. SuperX said it is developing beyond standalone servers into full-stack AI infrastructure, including hardware, liquid-cooling and power-supply solutions, and end-to-end data-center delivery.
