Bitwise’s Solana Staking ETF, BSOL, has surpassed $1 billion in assets under management after 10 months, becoming the first individual Solana ETF to reach the milestone and accounting for more than half of total Solana spot ETF assets. Bitwise reported $1.0175 billion in net assets and 9.33 million SOL as of Aug. 26, and said most of the fund’s capital inflows arrived during the crypto bear market. Since Solana spot ETFs listed in September 2025, cumulative trading volume has exceeded $13 billion and net inflows have reached about $1.7 billion, with no sustained period of net outflows. BSOL is down roughly 40% from its listing price and Solana has retreated about 60% from its all-time high, though the token has rebounded nearly 45% over the past month. Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas had pointed to little sustained redemption activity despite SOL’s steep first-half decline. BSOL received $25 million of the $33.5 million that entered U.S. spot Solana ETFs on Aug. 24, and the fund reported that 96% of its holdings were staked, producing a 5.80% net reward rate based on a 90-day average.
