Dell Technologies is scheduled to report fiscal 2027 second-quarter results on September 1, with analysts forecasting earnings per share of about $4.88 to $4.95 and revenue of $44.2 billion to $45.3 billion. The EPS range would be more than double the $2.32 reported a year earlier, while revenue would increase by about 50%. Shares fell 3.39% on August 28 but remained up 272% year to date. J.P. Morgan analyst Joseph Cardoso reaffirmed a Buy rating and a $565 price objective, saying Dell could raise its current 47% fiscal 2027 revenue-growth outlook. Demand from AI infrastructure, conventional server upgrades and storage is supporting the Infrastructure Solutions Group. Dell reported $24.4 billion in AI-related orders and $16.1 billion in AI-server sales in its first quarter, ending with a $51.3 billion AI backlog. 650 Group raised its 2026 AI-server growth forecast to more than 80% from 64% and its total server-market growth forecast to more than 30% from 22%. Dell has exceeded earnings expectations in five of its past six reporting periods, while analysts maintain a Moderate Buy consensus based on 12 Buy ratings and five Holds.
