Strive may have raised funds this week to purchase an estimated 1,192 BTC through SATA, its perpetual preferred stock. Bitcoin Treasuries said the financing capacity depends on SATA trading above its $100 par value because the company can issue new shares for Bitcoin purchases only at that level. SATA recovered to $100 on Aug. 21 after falling as low as $79 in June, potentially restoring Strive’s fundraising capacity. Strive’s Bitcoin holdings have increased to 21,356 BTC.
