Bitget to change COTIUSDT funding interval to four hours on Sept. 1

Bitget will adjust the funding interval for the COTIUSDT perpetual futures pair.
September 1, 2026, marks the change from one-hour to four-hour funding intervals.
Funding-rate limits remain +2.0000% and -2.0000% at scheduled adjustment times.

Bitget will change the funding-rate interval for the COTIUSDT perpetual futures trading pair from every one hour to every four hours at 04:00 UTC+0 on Sept. 1, 2026. The maximum and minimum funding-rate limits will remain +2.0000% and -2.0000%, respectively, at the listed adjustment times. Bitget said the change is intended to better align perpetual futures prices with spot index prices. The exchange may issue a separate announcement if high market volatility or other factors require rescheduling.
