CrowdStrike Holdings shares reached a record high Monday after the company announced Falcon IQ, an agentic AI security solution powered by NVIDIA Nemotron models and Charlotte AI AgentWorks, at its sold-out Fal.Con 2026 conference in Las Vegas. The company also expanded Project QuiltWorks, introduced native Falcon integrations for Google Cloud and Snowflake, and announced IT/OT security and verified human identity collaborations with Cognizant and CLEAR. The announcements build on fiscal second-quarter 2027 results in which net new annual recurring revenue rose 51% year over year to $333 million, exceeding the high end of guidance by more than $45 million, while revenue reached $1.47 billion. CrowdStrike has also expanded token-based consumption through Falcon Flex, enabling customers to scale AI detection and response as their AI deployments grow. Shares were up 3.72% at $226.53 Monday, near the 52-week high of $229.08.
