Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) is accepting applications for 663 homes in the Incheon Gyeyang A6 Block, part of a third-phase new city. The complex offers 13 unit types across five sizes: 529 homes of 59 square meters, five of 69 square meters, 69 of 74 square meters, 18 of 77 square meters and 42 of 84 square meters. Average presale prices are about 530 million won ($382,000) for 59-square-meter homes and 710 million won ($512,000) for 84-square-meter homes. Applicants selected in the September 2023 pre-subscription round can apply from September 17 to 18, while general applications run from September 30 to October 2. Winners will be announced in October, contracts signed in December and move-in is scheduled for June 2029. A three-year resale restriction applies, but buyers are not required to live in the homes. The complex is near Bakchon Station on Incheon Subway Line 1 and connects to the Seoul Ring Expressway and Incheon International Airport Expressway. Road expansion on Gyeongmyeong-daero and Beolmal-ro is under way. Planned amenities include school sites, a five-minute walk to Gyeyang Byeori linear park and community facilities such as fitness, childcare, library and recreation spaces. LH will operate a housing exhibition hall in Bucheon Daejang district before the sale, with online model-home viewing also available after the sales notice is issued.
