Shindongah Construction has won a 53.9 billion won ($39 million) contract to redevelop the Pungnap Riverside Hyundai apartment site in Seoul's Songpa district. The small-scale housing redevelopment project will build two residential buildings of up to 20 floors with 133 units and community facilities on a 5,165-square-meter site near 402 Hangaram-ro. Groundbreaking is targeted for 2028. The builder plans customized exterior and interior designs, premium finishing materials and Han River views to strengthen its Familie brand. The contract follows projects in Yongsan and Dongjak and a June contract in Anyang, extending the company's focus on housing developments along the Han River.
