Seoul Housing & Urban Development Corporation (SH) is accepting applications for 1,381 units under its SHIFT long-term lease housing program, including 291 newly supplied homes across nine complexes and 1,090 re-offered units. The public housing is available to households without a home that live in Seoul, with deposits set at no more than 80% of surrounding jeonse (large refundable housing deposit) market rates and leases lasting up to 20 years. Applications run from September 14 to September 17 by priority group. SH will announce document-review candidates on October 14 and final winners on March 5, 2027. Eligibility, income and asset thresholds, ranking rules and priority categories vary by household circumstances and housing size.
