Amber International Holding Limited, the Nasdaq-listed company trading under AMBR, has replaced its Amber Premium brand with AMBR and is repositioning itself as an agentic AI company focused on specialized agents for finance, enterprise and growth applications. The company launched Ambre, an invitation-only personal-finance agent that analyzes information across accounts and asset classes, monitors markets and can alert users to events affecting their holdings. It also opened MIA, its marketing-focused AI agent, to enterprise customers. MIA completed more than 1,250 automated workflows during internal testing and reduced average turnaround times by 85% within four months of deployment. Amber International shares rose 12.93% to $1.300 in Tuesday premarket trading, according to Benzinga Pro data. The company was founded by the team behind Amber AI, established in 2017, and expects to introduce more specialized AI agents later in 2026.
