Eligible investors must hold at least 500 shares as of Dec. 31, 2026, maintain an account with SBI VC Trade's VCTRADE service by April 30, 2027, and apply through a dedicated website between March 1 and April 30. The program, first announced in July, will allocate about ¥5 million each in BTC and SOL, or approximately ¥17,000 per winner on average. enish said the initiative is intended to give shareholders direct exposure to crypto assets and deepen their understanding of its business strategy, which includes the DAT 2.0 framework and its Active Treasury operations. The company sold all of its Bitcoin holdings in June and said on Aug. 26 that it would use part of its raised funds to buy up to ¥100 million ($630,000) of SOL.
