SWI Group, an investment group listed on Euronext Amsterdam under SWICH, has joined the NVIDIA Cloud Partner program as a Preferred Partner. The company said the membership places it among NVIDIA partners with validated capabilities and demonstrated expertise in AI infrastructure, while giving it access to NVIDIA reference architectures and validated configurations. SWI said this will support the rollout of new NVIDIA-certified capacity as the platform expands. As a Preferred Partner, SWI can provide NVIDIA-accelerated computing infrastructure for AI workloads ranging from model training and fine-tuning to production-scale inference (running trained models) and agentic AI. Its NVIDIA-certified capabilities cover computing, networking and enterprise software. The company said these capabilities support its strategy of operating as a vertically integrated computing provider, combining the latest NVIDIA GPUs in its own AI factories with an AI cloud platform based on NVIDIA AI Enterprise software. Max-Hervé George, founder and CEO of SWI Group, said the partnership advances the company’s path toward becoming a fully vertically integrated global AI player, spanning land, power and buildings as well as chips, tokens and applications. SWI recently acquired a majority stake in Genesis Digital Assets, now known as SWI Digital, a data-center company with 1.3 gigawatts of capacity that serves as its main U.S. site. In Europe, SWI has built AiOnX, a 2.3-gigawatt portfolio across Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Denmark and Italy, with one site leased to a hyperscaler tenant. The group is continuing investments in other business areas, including Varia US, which is managed by SWI and recently signed a $693.9 million joint venture with Brookfield Asset Management. SWI Group, or SWI Capital Holding Ltd, describes itself as a global private-markets investment group formed through the merger of Icona and Stoneweg. It invests its own capital in digital infrastructure, real estate and other private-market opportunities, combining an entrepreneurial approach with institutional discipline.
