Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. reported an intersection grading 10.89% P2O5 over 3.60 metres from drill hole MM26-10 at its Murdock Mountain project in northeast Nevada. The hole was a 1.5-kilometre step-out along strike, and the company said heavy-metal assays from the Upper Phosphatic Zone were below the maximum levels used for organic fertilizer certification. The assays were completed by ALS Laboratories, an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited independent laboratory, using near-total four-acid digestion and ICP-MS and ICP-AES analysis. The release also explained that U.S. organic certification relies on USDA National Organic Program requirements and, in practice, the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials' SUIP #25 Heavy Metal Rule, which many states adopt through fertilizer laws. Nevada Organic Phosphate separately disclosed an August 25, 2026 consulting agreement with Emerging Growth Research LLC for an independent research report. The company will pay a fixed USD $25,000 fee, and the report is expected within four to six weeks of the agreement date.
