Pasqal shares fell 14.86% to $16.27 in Monday premarket trading after the quantum-computing company completed its combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II and began trading on Nasdaq on Aug. 28, 2026. The company trades under PSQL, while its warrants trade under PSQLW, following shareholder approval of the transaction and related proposals on Aug. 25. The deal provided approximately $360 million in cash at closing and assigned Pasqal an enterprise value near $2 billion. Pasqal plans to use the funds to expand quantum processing unit (QPU) manufacturing and deployment, advance its fault-tolerant computing roadmap, broaden access to its cloud and software platform, improve integration with classical high-performance computing infrastructure and expand globally. Co-founded by Nobel Prize-winning physicist Alain Aspect, Pasqal develops modular neutral-atom QPUs using atoms arranged in two-dimensional and three-dimensional lattices. It has seven QPUs deployed and three more in production, with cloud access supporting more than 25 commercial and research applications. The stock is trading within its 52-week range of $13.08 to $20.10 after failing to hold recent strength, leaving traders focused on whether it stabilizes above the range’s middle or tests the lower half amid post-combination volatility.
