Nvidia will invest $3.5 billion in Taiwan chipmaker MediaTek by subscribing to bonds convertible into MediaTek shares. The transaction is intended to deepen cooperation between the companies in the chip sector, Bloomberg reported on Aug. 31, with the report cited by PANews.
