The number of wallets holding more than $1 million in BTC rose 10.4% to 123,482 at the end of August from 111,846 at the end of July, according to Finbold, citing BitInfoCharts data. Wallets with more than $10 million in BTC increased 11.2% to 15,584 from 14,009. The figures measure wallets rather than people, since one individual can control multiple wallets.
