MegazoneCloud has signed a pre-IPO investment agreement with Neowiz Partners, the investment-focused subsidiary of Neowiz Holdings, through an unconditional purchase of common shares. The investment amount was not disclosed, and the proceeds will be used to develop growth businesses in artificial intelligence and security. MegazoneCloud is preparing to file for a preliminary listing review with the Korea Exchange within this year and has asked some existing investors to convert convertible preferred shares into common stock. The company supports cloud adoption and operations across Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, and has expanded into artificial intelligence transformation, or AX. It has about 2,000 AI and cloud specialists, serves roughly 8,000 customers and partners with more than 200 independent software vendors. Revenue reached 1.7496 trillion won in 2025, up 27.9% from a year earlier, while operating profit was 233.06 million won and net income was 8.2 billion won, marking its first annual profit. AI-related revenue exceeded 370 billion won and security revenue surpassed 70 billion won. Earlier fundraising included 48 billion won in Series A financing, 190 billion won across two Series B rounds, a 130 billion won strategic investment from KT and a 450 billion won Series C round. Parent company Megazone received an 800 billion won investment from Glenwood Credit in June and used part of the funds to acquire shares from existing financial investors, increasing its stake in MegazoneCloud from 53.16% to the low-70% range.
