Meritz Securities launched MOUM on the 1st after approximately 18 months of preparation, presenting it as an investment platform that connects information search, analysis, decision-making and order execution. The service combines domestic and overseas market information, investor communities, AI analysis and stock trading, while supporting South Korean and U.S. stocks through MTS and WTS access. MOUM uses AI to screen news, regulatory filings, research reports and market data, explain earnings and price movements, answer questions in context and identify investment ideas from everyday searches. Its direct-trading feature keeps an order button on information and chart screens, while an easy mode simplifies execution. Meritz integrated Webull's finance-focused Vega AI and plans to develop it into agentic AI that can understand users' objectives and investment situations and conduct analysis autonomously. The platform follows the success of the commission-free SUPER365 account and will operate alongside Meritz's existing MTS. It runs on hybrid infrastructure combining Amazon Web Services with Meritz Securities' internet data center, with load testing based on 50,000 concurrent users. MOUM also links communities with Stocktwits and Webull, provides translated foreign-language posts and integrates account, holdings and watchlist information for a planned hyper-personalized service.
