HiTHIUM ranked second worldwide in energy storage battery shipments in the first half of 2026, according to rankings released by InfoLink Consulting, Shanghai Metals Market (SMM), ICCSINO and NECI. The company said it has remained among the top two for a second consecutive year, supported by technological innovation, large-scale manufacturing, global delivery and a focus on long-duration energy storage (LDES, systems designed to supply electricity over extended periods). InfoLink's database recorded 467.84 GWh in global energy storage battery shipments, a 94.76% year-on-year increase. HiTHIUM provides integrated solutions for renewable energy bases, source-grid-load-storage coordination, commercial and industrial storage, and AI data center power support, with products deployed in more than 40 countries and regions. Its global expansion includes a Chongqing facility certified as the world's first Lighthouse Factory in the energy storage battery industry in January 2026, the launch of production at the world's first LDES integrated industrial park in Heze, Shandong, in August, production at its Texas facility and ongoing construction of its Spanish plant.
