MiniMed reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 net sales of $843 million, up 16.6% as reported and 15.8% organically, and raised its fiscal-year organic revenue growth guidance to approximately 10.5% from 10%. The quarter ended July 31, 2026, and included an estimated 4% to 6% benefit from an extra week in the company’s 52-53-week fiscal calendar. Excluding that benefit, MiniMed said organic growth was in the low double digits. U.S. sales rose 13.1% to $240 million, while international sales increased 18.1% as reported and 16.9% organically to $603 million. U.S. new pumps sold grew more than 20% year over year, worldwide new pumps sold reached approximately 34,000, and the continuous glucose monitor (CGM) attachment rate was 69%, up about 100 basis points from the previous quarter. The company attributed international growth partly to Simplera capacity expansion and the launch of Abbott-made Instinct sensors. MiniMed also reported product and regulatory milestones for its pipeline, including U.S. FDA (U.S. medical-products regulator) submission of the MiniMed Fit patch pump, CE Mark approval for MiniMed Flex, completion of Vivera fully closed-loop algorithm pivotal-trial enrollment, and U.S. IDE (device-testing authorization) approval for a next-generation extended-wear sensor. The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 adjusted EBITDA margin guidance of approximately 16%.
