Ripple SVP of Stablecoins Jack McDonald is scheduled to speak at the Real World Asset Summit in Brooklyn on September 1-2, 2026, where he will join a panel on the international expansion of stablecoin adoption. The speaker lineup includes Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire, Uniswap Labs CEO Hayden Adams, Ethereum cofounder Joseph Lubin, Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo, BlackRock's Samara Cohen and Bank of America's Sonali Theisen. McDonald said Ripple USD (RLUSD), Ripple's stablecoin, would be central to his appearance. A separate update said RLUSD exceeded $2 billion in August, with more than $1 billion issued on the XRP Ledger. The update also highlighted Ripple's investments in ZILO and Licuido, RLUSD programs involving Bybit, Clearpool and Cicada Partners, and initiatives in Kenya that reduced settlement time by 97% at 3,000x lower cost.
