The combined market capitalization of crypto accumulation firms, or DATs, has risen about 10% since mid-August to roughly $340 billion, according to data from The Block. That remains well below the roughly $490 billion recorded in October and November last year, when Bitcoin reached an all-time high of $126,000. Stock performance has varied widely: Strategy gained 30% and Bitmine 27%, broadly matching Bitcoin and Ethereum’s advances, while Strategy outperformed Bitcoin by 10 percentage points since Aug. 17. Newer altcoin-focused DATs performed more strongly, with CYPH, which tracks Zcash, rising 142% and PURR, which tracks Hyperliquid, gaining 62%, compared with 56% for ZEC and 36% for HYPE.
