Travis Kelce purchased a historic lakefront estate in Bratenahl, Ohio, for $5.35 million, the highest recorded home sale in the village, according to listing agents David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of The Agency Cleveland. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end closed the deal in March, a few months before marrying pop superstar Taylor Swift, according to people familiar with the transaction. Bratenahl is an exclusive residential community about 10 minutes east of downtown Cleveland, with about 1,430 residents based on the 2020 census. The village is surrounded by Cleveland on three sides and is known for its waterfront views, architectural grandeur and tree canopy.
