Champions City Complex Development PFV will open the model house for Champions City Phase 1 on September 4 and begin sales of 3,216 homes in Imdong, Buk-gu, Gwangju. The first residential phase of the redevelopment of the former Jeonbang and Ilshin Spinning site will comprise 12 buildings with three basement levels and up to 49 above-ground floors. Units will range from 84 to 214 square meters of exclusive floor area, with 2,534 84-square-meter homes accounting for about 79% of the total. Special supply applications begin September 14, followed by first-priority applications on September 15 and second-priority applications on September 16. Winners will be announced September 22, contracts will run from October 5 to 9, and buyers can sign with an initial payment of 10 million won against a 5% down payment. Move-in is scheduled for November 2030. The wider 298,000-square-meter Champions City development will contain 4,315 homes, The Hyundai Gwangju, a luxury hotel, cultural facilities and offices linked by an urban core pedestrian network. The project also includes a cultural park, extensive community amenities, a 44th-floor sky community and planned healthcare partnerships and residential technology services.
