BNI (Business Network International) has promoted Dave van Klingeren, CFE, to Vice President of Franchise Development for Europe, the Middle East and Africa as it awards new franchise territories in France, Italy and the United Kingdom. The organization already supports more than 35,000 Members across over 1,500 Chapters in those three markets. Van Klingeren has more than 15 years of experience with BNI, including service as National Director for BNI Netherlands and leadership responsibility in Norway, Sweden and Finland. He also founded Zitaxi and developed it into a franchise organization. BNI says additional target markets support continued expansion across the region through the rest of the year and into 2027.
