The Wyoming Stable Token Commission adopted Chainlink Proof of Reserve on Sept. 2 for Frontier Stable Token (FRNT), pairing independent examinations by The Network Firm with near-real-time onchain publication of reserve and supply data. The commission already posts daily attestations and says the combined reporting meets and exceeds the GENIUS Act’s monthly disclosure baseline for permitted payment stablecoin issuers, although that is Wyoming’s assessment and the feed still depends on examiner accuracy and data infrastructure. Wyoming is also adopting Chainlink Secure Mint, which is not yet confirmed operational and would block new issuance if verified reserves fall below outstanding supply. The announcement helped support LINK, which rose 7.13% to $11.82 and gained 45.78% over a month amid the Wyoming integration, a partnership enabling more than 600 banks to access blockchain settlement, and a broader risk-on rally; TechCharts identified $12.7 as a key resistance level.
