NYSE-listed e-commerce company DDC Enterprise reported first-half 2026 revenue of $20.20 million, up 29% from a year earlier. Its Bitcoin holdings rose to 2,899 coins from 1,181 at the end of 2025, an increase of 145%. The company recorded a $38.40 million net loss, primarily because its Bitcoin holdings generated a $34.30 million non-cash unrealized fair value loss, an accounting loss reflecting a decline in recorded asset value without a sale. The board approved a stock buyback plan of up to $10 million or 20% of the company’s outstanding Class A common shares.
