ElevenLabs has appointed Ashley Kramer, former OpenAI vice president of enterprise sales, as its first chief revenue officer, effective Sept. 2, 2026, as the voice AI company accelerates its focus on large corporate customers. Enterprise clients now generate 55% of revenue, up from a roughly even split at the end of 2025, while annual recurring revenue rose from approximately $330 million at the end of 2025 to more than $500 million by May 2026 and approached $600 million by July. ElevenLabs serves 41% of Fortune 500 companies, including Meta, Stripe and Deutsche Telekom, and says its platform supports millions of conversations weekly across customer support, sales and marketing. The company aims to raise enterprise revenue to 60% of total sales by the end of 2026. The shift toward corporate contracts could provide more predictable revenue through longer commitments, procurement processes and integration costs, even as ElevenLabs faces high computing expenses and competition from lower-cost voice AI models, including Alibaba’s Tongyi. The company is also discussing an employee share-transfer transaction with investors that could value it at about $22 billion, compared with a $3.3 billion valuation in early 2025.
