LiveOne (Nasdaq: LVO) will distribute Bare Knuckle Ice Wars’ September 5 championship event live through PPVOne, extending a partnership first announced in 2023. The sold-out event will take place at River Cree Resort & Casino in Enoch, Alberta, following Ice Wars’ national ESPN debut in August 2026 and more than 15 million social media views. UFC Hall of Famer and former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz will join the card, which will feature three championship bouts: Super Heavyweight, Heavyweight and Lightweight. PPVOne, LiveOne’s pay-per-view platform, has generated more than $30 million in revenue and $5 million in EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) across more than 250 livestreams since inception, reaching audiences in more than 200 countries. Ice Wars stages sanctioned bare-knuckle fights on skates inside a custom 900-square-foot Ice Box, with three 60-second rounds, referees, judges and defined weight classes. Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship acquired an ownership stake in Ice Wars in 2025, and its ownership group includes Conor McGregor.
