AI security company HiddenLayer has raised $100 million in Series B funding led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Booz Allen Ventures, Microsoft’s M12, Morgan Stanley and Ten Eleven Ventures. The round lifts the company’s cumulative fundraising above $155 million, or roughly $156 million across three rounds. HiddenLayer, founded in Austin, Texas, in 2022 by Chris “Tito” Sestito and other AI and security veterans, previously raised a $6 million seed round in July 2022 and a $50 million Series A in September 2023. Its enterprise platform secures generative AI, predictive AI and AI agents across the full lifecycle, spanning AI asset discovery, supply-chain security, attack simulation and runtime protection without requiring access to raw training data or model weights. The company said the new capital will mainly expand AI agent runtime security, especially for AI coding agents. HiddenLayer reported more than 10x annual recurring revenue growth over the past year and more than 50 new platform customers, while secondary-market data places its post-money valuation near $387 million. It was selected in January 2026 for the U.S. Missile Defense Agency’s SHIELD contract for air-gapped deployments and for the U.S. Department of Energy’s $60 million Prometheus initiative on secure AI in nuclear energy.
