UiPath reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $410.26 million, up 13% and above the $397.77 million analyst forecast, while adjusted earnings per share matched expectations at $0.15. Total annual recurring revenue rose 12% year over year to $1.938 billion, with net new ARR improving to $37 million from $31 million in the prior quarter. The company raised fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to $1.789 billion-$1.794 billion and expects ARR to reach $2.065 billion-$2.070 billion by Jan. 31, 2027. Despite the results and stronger outlook, shares reversed an initial gain of more than 13% to fall roughly 8% in extended trading as investors focused on the pace of ARR growth and the unproven monetization of UiPath’s AI strategy. UiPath said 18 of its 20 largest quarterly deals included AI components and introduced Maestro Case and Maestro Flow as it develops a broader business-orchestration platform. The company also announced executive changes, including Hitesh Ramani’s promotion to chief financial officer, and appointed Yazdi Bagli to its board.
