Investors who purchased Bloom Energy Corporation securities between February 27, 2025, and July 8, 2026, have until September 28, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a proposed securities class action. The lawsuit alleges that Bloom Energy obtained scandium through intermediaries sourcing the metal from China, understated its reliance on Chinese scandium and made materially misleading statements about its business, operations and prospects. Rosen Law Firm said the lawsuit has already been filed and that investors may seek information or join through a contingency fee arrangement without out-of-pocket fees or costs. No class has been certified, and investors may retain counsel of their choice or remain absent class members without taking action. A September 2 notice from the Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz contained the same lead plaintiff deadline and allegations, while the latest notice was issued by Rosen Law Firm on September 3.
