Investors who suffered losses related to Fractyl Health, Inc. (GUTS) have until October 20, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff (the investor representing the class) in an ongoing securities fraud class action. The complaint alleges that, between January 13, 2025, and January 29, 2026, the defendants made materially false or misleading statements and failed to disclose adverse information about the company’s business, operations and prospects. The allegations focus on Revita, which investors were allegedly led to believe was more effective than it was, and on operational problems at one or more REMAIN-1 Midpoint Cohort clinical sites that may have compromised efficacy results. The complaint further alleges that Revita’s clinical, regulatory and commercial prospects, as well as the cohort’s ability to assess its efficacy, were overstated. Investors do not need to take action at this time to remain absent members of the class and may retain counsel of their choice or take no action.
