Elizabeth Warren said Belgium’s diamond industry gave Trump a gold ring set with 321 diamonds and 75 gemstones on July 24. She also said Belgium’s diamonds received an exemption from Trump’s tariffs one month later. A tariff exemption is a waiver from import duties.
