Fairshake enters the final stage of the 2026 U.S. election cycle with $122 million available after supporting nearly 50 successful primary candidates. Its Democratic-focused affiliate, Protect Progress, spent $189,527.60 on mailers backing Representative Jake Auchincloss in Massachusetts, while Republican-focused Defend American Jobs provided nearly $512,000 in support to Representative Bill Huizenga. Fairshake also helped Republican Senate nominees Barry Moore, Andy Barr, Kevin Hern and Harriet Hageman. Prediction markets put their November victory odds between 94% and 99%, though those prices are not guarantees. The network is focused on races that could shape congressional oversight of digital-asset markets, stablecoins and market-structure legislation. Its record was not uniformly successful: Fairshake spent more than $10 million opposing Illinois Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton, who won the Democratic Senate nomination. The general election is scheduled for Nov. 3.
