Zoom appointed Jeff Epstein to its Board of Directors effective immediately and said Jonathan Chadwick will retire from the board on Nov. 19, 2026, after nearly 10 years of service. Epstein previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle and is now an Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. He also serves on the boards of Autodesk, AvePoint and Twilio. Zoom CEO and Board Chairman Eric Yuan said Epstein’s financial and strategic experience in B2B software and vertical AI would strengthen the board, while crediting Chadwick with helping guide the company through major growth periods.
