Hershey named insider and industry veteran Dave Hulays as finance chief, effective immediately, replacing Steve Voskuil as the Reese’s maker manages a difficult macroeconomic environment alongside strong demand and higher prices. Hulays, 54, joined Hershey in 2012 as VP Finance of Canada and later assumed broader financial responsibilities across its U.S. and International businesses. Before Hershey, he spent nearly 15 years at Procter & Gamble in commercial, supply chain and global business development roles. Voskuil, who led Hershey’s finance organization for seven years, will become SVP, Strategic Projects, working on initiatives for the CEO and board, and intends to retire in early 2027. Hershey beat second-quarter sales and profit estimates in July and has expanded its Halloween range with popcorn, cheese puffs and pretzels to appeal to health-conscious consumers.
